c. ORDER 95-12-13-2H/In the Matter of Approving the Public Housing Management Assessment Program Certification for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 1995.
d. ORDER 95-12-13-3H/In the Matter of Authorizing the Executive Director to Enter Into an Agreement for Construction Manager/General Contractor Services with Meili Construction for the Laurel Gardens Housing Development Project.
MOTION: Approval of the Consent Calendar. Cornacchia MOVED, Green SECONDED. VOTE: 3-0.
