Finance Operations is responsible for establishing and maintaining uniform, efficient, and effective accounting systems to control and report the receipt and disbursement of County funds and taxing districts funds. The program manages Lane County's central payroll, payables, and cash management operations and is responsible for receiving and recording all County expenditures and revenue obligations and other authorized payments on a timely basis in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.
