INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS

The Lane County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division is seeking a qualified contractor for the provision of Commissary and Inmate Trust Account Services for both the Lane County Adult Correctional Facility (LCACF) and the Community Corrections Center (CCC).

Sealed proposals will be received by Corleen Milhorn, Contract Administrator, for Lane County until 1:00pm, local time, Thursday, January 30, 2014 at the Lane County Sheriff's Office, 125 E. 8th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97401, for Commissary and Inmate Trust Accounting Services. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the time proposals are due, and proposers' names read aloud along with such other information as the public officer considers appropriate at the time.

05/23/2014 – FINALIST NOTIFICATION
All participating responders have been notified of the following:
Lane County has completed its review of proposals received in response to the Request for Proposals for Commissary & Inmate Trust services at the Lane County Sheriff’s Office Adult Corrections facility located in Eugene, Oregon. Keefe Commissary Network has been identified as the highest-scored proposer based on the proposal and interview process. Provided that this proposer and Lane County can come to final agreement on contract terms, Lane County will issue a Notice of Intent to Award within a few weeks. Lane County reserves the right to enter into discussion with the second-ranked proposer if, for some reason, an agreement on a final contract cannot be reached.
