Premium Rate Change
The next premium rate increase will be August 1, 2017 and will run from August 1, 2017 - July 31st, 2018.  

2017 HSA County Contributions
Lane County will use the following schedule on HSA contributions for County Paid Retirees.

 AFSCME, AFSCME Nurses, Admin Pro,
Local 626 LCPOA, FOPPO, Prosecuting Attorneys & Non-Reps

 $1500.00 lump sum contribution available on 1/6/2017

What is the maximum I can contribute to my HSA account for 2017?
In 2017, your annual HSA contribution may not exceed IRS limits of $3,400 for individual coverage or $6,750 for family coverage.   The "catch-up" contribution for those who are age 55 or older will remain $1,000 for 2017.

Note: The IRS maximum contributions are inclusive of the amount that Lane County will contribute to the HSA account.

HSA 1099 SA Forms
1099-SA forms will be available through Optum's consumer online portal under the Notifications Tab towards the end of January.  If you have an email on file with Optum, they will send an email letting you know when it is ready to view and you can print it off.

If you don't have an email on file, a letter will be sent to your mailing address advising the tax form will be online.  Please contact Optum's consumer services team at 1-877-470-1771 if you have questions about their 1099-SA forms.
