Proposed Outdoor Assembly Licensing Procedures
The Lane County Board of Commissioners is considering adopting new licensing requirements to help ensure that minimum health, safety and welfare issues are addressed during large outdoor gatherings with 1,000 or more attendees in unincorporated Lane County. These regulations would also help reduce the possible negative impacts to nearby property owners from noise, traffic, litter and wildfire risks.
The purpose of this site is to provide information about this project and to capture feedback from residents.
