Can I bring trial clothing for an inmate?
Someone from the Public Defender’s Office, any private attorney’s office or family/friends can bring in the clothing 2-3 days prior to the court date.  Individuals bringing in the court clothing will leave their name and a contact telephone number to assist in facilitating the release of clothing after the trial is concluded.  We will accept the following:
  • 1 pair of shoes without shoe laces
  • 1 pair of socks
  • 2 pairs of slacks or pants
  • 3 shirts
We will not accept undershirts, underwear, belts or ties.  NOTE:  The Jail assumes no liability or responsibility for lost or damaged court clothing.
