Can an inmate make calls from the jail? Can I set up an account for calls? Can I block inmate calls?

An inmate can make prepaid or collect calls from the jail using a vendor serviced phone system. Check with your own phone provider to verify you are able to receive collect calls.

Alternatively you can setup two different types of prepaid accounts with the jail provider
    • Inmate Account: Funds in this account can be used by the inmate to call any number.
    • Friend & Family Account: Funds in this account can be used by the inmate to call your phone number(s) only.

Calls from inmates may be blocked by the person receiving the calls. Listen for the prompt to block calls when the inmate is calling you or call the vendor direct.
To set up a prepaid account or verify call rates to your number, call the vendor direct or check their website for information and services.

The current vendor is Telmate:
    • Call toll free 1-866-516-0115
    • Go to www.gettingout.com
    • Use the Lobby Kiosk (located in the lower lobby of the Jail, just inside the entrance doors).
