Administration and Support Services includes department support services and some direct services. This program is responsible for client and insurance billing for all H&HS services, negotiating and monitoring H&HS subcontracted services, and H&HS fiscal and evaluation services. Prevention Services is also located within this division.

Vital Records (Birth and Death Certificates) is now located at Lane County Public Health at 135 E. 6th Ave., Eugene. Lane County Vital Records can only issue Birth & Death Certificates that have occurred in Lane County during the previous 6 months.
