Trouble Removing Client from Household:

The error message indicates that the client you are attempting to remove from the household still has an open enrollment in a program in OPUS.

If this is your program then you can exit the client from the program and then try again to remove the client from the household. If you still get the error message you need to contact  Lane County HSC for Lisë , Diana, Karline or Chad to exit your client from another agency’s program so you can continue.

Important Note: Do not “Undo Exit”  If applicable, create a new enrollment  for the removed client in the removed client’s new household.
