Arraignment Times

• Arraignments are held Monday at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., or 11:00 a.m. as indicated on the citation.
  

Missed Court Dates

For most misdemeanor matters, a person must appear in court.  If they fail to appear at arraignment or any other scheduled hearing, a warrant will be issued for their arrest.  For traffic matters, they would need to contact the court to see what their options were if a court date was missed.

Important: You CANNOT file paperwork or make pleas by emailing to the webmaster or justice courts, and these types of contacts DO NOT constitute an appearance by a defendant OR a written explanation. You must contact the specific court in writing through standard mail, or appear in court.
