Notaries:

Generally, there are at least two staff members at Central Lane Justice Court who are Notaries.  They will provide Notary services at no charge during the open hours of the court.

To ensure that a Notary is going to be available, please phone 682-2095.  It is best to schedule a Notary on a non-arraignment time.

You must sign in the presence of the Notary to have them notarize your document.  Please bring adequate photo ID with you to the court when you are having something Notarized.
