The following fees for electronics recycling apply only to businesses and nonprofits with more than 10 employees--with one exception:  a $35 fee applies to all floor-standing copiers or other similar sized items  due to the extra labor required to handle oversized items.

NO CHARGE ITEMS - Phone related equipment, fax machines, computer peripherals (mice, speakers, keyboards, scanners and printers), stereos, DVD players, VCRs and video game systems.

Anybody with 7 items or fewer can use the Lane County E-waste recycling (E-Cycles) option that is available at 5  Lane County transfer stations:  Glenwood Central Receiving StationVeneta, Florence, Vida,  and Cottage Grove .

Computers, Monitors, Laptops and  TVs are part of a statewide E-Cycles Program and will always be  free. For more information on the State E-Cycles program Click here.   Other electronics such as VCRs, DVD players, Video Game units, phone related equipment, and other computer related equipment, printers are included in the program as a service to our citizens.

Anybody with 8 or more units will need to make an appointment and bring the material to the Glenwood location.   Appointments are available for 8am - 11:45am every Thursday and 2 Saturdays each month. call 682-3111 to make an appointment

Please make sure you give an accurate inventory of the items you will be bringing in when you make the appointment, so collection technicians will be ready to receive your materials.

Businesses with 12 or more monitors/TVs, or more than 20 cpu's (towers) must bring them pre-palletized and shrink wrapped or they must come with personnel to assist in the unloading. These customers must provide an accurate count of the materials that they bring us when they make the appointment.

After you make the appointment, drop off your materials at the appointed time at the Household Hazardous Waste Facility at the Glenwood Central Receiving Station.
