DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIPS

Domestic Partnerships are registered from 9:00am to 11:45am and 1:00pm and 3:45pm

Monday through Friday

Oregon state law requires that applicants be of the same sex and at least 18 years of age to register a domestic partnership.

To register a domestic partnership, complete the form found here , including notarized signatures, and submit it to:

The completed, notarized, form may be submitted to Deeds and Records in person or by mail.

The fee for registering a domestic partnership is $60.00, which is non-refundable.  The fee may be paid by cash, local check, or money order.  Checks or money orders should be made payable to:  Lane County Deeds and Records.
