VISITOR INFORMATION

1. The facility is open for visiting on weekends. Visiting days and times will be posted, and inmates will be expected to inform their visitors of the proper time to visit.
2. Inmates must submit a visiting request form on Wednesdays by 2200 hours, stating the full name, date of birth, and age of each visitor along with the relationship to the inmate, (mother, father, girlfriend, etc.). Inmates may request only one visit at a time and no more than 4 people. Infants are considered one person. A visiting request must be turned in every week.
3. All visitors must be on your pre-arranged visitor's list and must present valid state or federally issued photo I.D. and sign in at reception before being allowed to visit. Any visitor providing transportation must be an approved visitor and check in at the office, even if not visiting. Visitors are not not allowed to wait in cars. Anyone driving a vehicle to or from the Forest Work Camp must be a valid licensed driver.
4. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the property.
5. Individual visitors must be at least 18 years old. A parent or legal guardian must accompany visitors under 18 years of age. Children must remain with guardian at all times and be kept under their immediate physical control. There must be proof that the child is with the guardian or that you are the guardian. Acceptable proof can be an insurance card with the child's name and parent/guardian’s name on it, birth certificate, or court decree.
6. Visitors must be properly attired. Visitors must have shoes and shirts on at all times. No skirts, tanks, short shirts, bare midriffs, low cut blouses etc…

8. Visiting will occur inside the common services room and will be terminated if found occurring elsewhere.
9. Inmates are responsible for their conduct and for the conduct of their visitors. Children’s behavior must be closely supervised and well mannered.
10. Unacceptable or inappropriate conduct by an inmate may result in disciplinary action, termination of the visit, and/or loss of visiting privileges.
11. Physical contact between the inmate and visitor(s) is restricted to a brief hug and/or kiss in greeting and in saying goodbye. Holding hands is permitted across the top of the table. Your children may sit with you. Intimate touching is prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the visit and the possible loss of visiting privileges for the inmate and/or visitor.
12. Inmates ONLY may use the inmate restrooms in common services. The visitor restrooms are in the administration area. Inmates are to remain in the dayroom when visitors use the restroom.
13. Visitors may give the inmate the following items after having them inspected by the receptionist and/or supervising Deputy. Items will be handed out after the visiting session is over as time allows. Property slips must be filled out for all items, except tobacco prior to your visit or your property will be refused. No other items may be brought into the FWC:
14. Unauthorized items will be seized as contraband. Possession of such may result in disciplinary action against the inmate and loss of visiting privileges for the visitor. Depending upon the contraband, criminal charges may be brought against the inmate and/or the offending visitor. Inmates are not to receive anything from a visitor without staff permission and inspection.
The name that you use while at the Forest Work Camp must be addressed on your mail. Mail will not be delivered if addressed under another name.
