WHAT IS MEDIATION?

Mediation is a confidential way for participants to discuss their differences and resolve disputes with the help of a neutral professional. The mediator does not decide who is right or wrong. Instead, the mediator helps all participants reach their own agreements.

IN WHAT WAY IS MEDIATION CONFIDENTIAL?

Confidentiality in mediation means that mediation communications and proposals are protected by law from being considered by a judge if mediation does not lead to an agreement.

WHAT DOES PROBATE MEDIATION COST?

Probate Mediation costs $150 per 90-minute session. The participants decide how this fee will be shared among themselves.
