Fundamental to Search & Rescue in Lane County is the nearly 200 dedicated volunteers who contribute countless hours each year to help people in need.  In 2016 they combined over 27,000 hours of training, meetings, and missions.  The Lane County SAR Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting those volunteers by providing training, equipment, and resources that wouldn’t otherwise be available; ultimately increasing the effectiveness of SAR in Lane County.
