Fathers have an important role in the health and well-being of their babies and supporting moms is more than "diaper duty." Here are some additional ways to be supportive before and during pregnancy and beyond which make a big difference:

• Support safe sleep
• Support your partner in not drinking
• Support your partner in not smoking
• Support breastfeeding
