What are kids gambling on?  The following are common types of gambling among Oregon teens, according to a survey of 1000 Oregon youth ages 13-17 (Carlson & Moore, 1998):

  • Cards
  • Sports bets among friends/family
  • Games of skill (playing each other in video games, basketball, etc.)
  • Dice games
  • Board games
  • Bingo
  • Lottery
