Fiery Fermentation: Hot Sauce Crafting

A workshop for farmers selling value-added products. Learn how to create fiery fermented hot sauces with vegetables you grow on your farm, for the purpose of selling these value-added foods under Oregon's Farm Direct Marketing Law. Participants will learn how to craft safe recipes and will take home their creations!

Willamette Farm and Food Coalition: Fill Your Pantry vendor applications open

Fill Your Pantry is a farm-direct, bulk food-buying event hosted by Willamette Farm and Food Coalition at the Lane Events Center every year. During October, customers pre-order grains, meat, veggies, legumes, and more.
