"registered" community collectors. Only #2, #4, and #5 tubs, bottles and jugs are accepted. Items must be stamped and presorted by both shape and number. Items must be clean and dry.
All decals and adhesive labels must be removed.
To find a public recycling collection event in your community, check the "Upcoming Plastics Collection Events" dropdown menu in the right column of this page under "Quick Links."
*Note* Public events may be temporarily suspended due to Covid-19 safety restrictions.
To find a volunteer community collector near you, please email
plasticscollection@lanecountyor.gov with your name and complete address, including zip code.
*Note* Community collectors may have temporarily suspended private collections due to Covid-19 safety restrictions.
If you are interested in becoming a registered community collector, please email
Jeffrey.Fleming@lanecountyor.gov with your name, address and phone number.
New community collectors must attend a socially-distanced orientation held at Glenwood Transfer Station. We limit the orientation to two (2) persons.
Thank you to our sponsors
Camas Country Mill and
Mountain Rose Herbs for providing bags to the program. We couldn't do it without your generous support.
