Sarah Means Appointed to Lane Workforce Partnership BoardLane Workforce Partnership announced new board members for 2017-18.  Sarah Means, Lane County Community and Economic Development Manager, will serve as an economic development representative on the local workforce board.  Lane Workforce Partnership is the designated local Workforce Investment Board for Lane County Oregon.  The local board is charged with making targeted investments in the community, utilizing federal workforce funds, in line with its mission:  To meet the workforce needs of employers and individuals through partnerships and innovation.

Lane County is a long-standing partner with Lane Workforce Partnership.  Most recent collaborations have been in providing funding for innovation training and regional entrepreneurial training.
