Park Description

Tide Wayside Park is a small, roadside day-use area located in Swisshome, Oregon, along Highway 36, about six miles east of Mapleton. This no-frills stop offers direct access to the Siuslaw River via a basic boat ramp, along with a pull-through parking area that makes it easy to get in and out. While modest in size, the shady riverside setting provides a quiet spot to stretch your legs, enjoy the view, or launch a boat.

Park Information
  • Day use is open year-round from dawn - dusk.
  • Day Pass or Annual Pass required.
  • Use the Passport Parking App (code 97109) to pay from your smartphone.
