The H&HS Communications Team uses a resource matrix to determine if the translation can be completed in-house or if the project needs to go to an external vendor. The Comms Team will work with an external vendor to obtain a free, no obligation quote for the project translation, and coordinate next steps with H&HS requester.
H&HS Spanish Translation Style Guide. This style guide will provide the framework for Spanish translations. It is used for internal H&HS translations and included as a resource document to external vendors.
H&HS Spanish Glossary. This glossary contains standardized terms, phrases and jargon that should be used in written translations created or distributed by H&HS and its programs. This glossary was created by the Translation Change Team and all entries have been vetted for cultural nuances.
