The Department offers a multitude of educational safety programs aimed at improving awareness of best safety practices and the employees skills/knowledge of the hazards relative to their daily job tasks.

Some of the safety training programs offered include: New Employee Safety Orientations, Flagging/Traffic Control, Defensive Driving, Hazard Communication, Lock-out / Tag-out, First-Aid/CPR, Hearing Conservation, Personal Protective Equipment, First Responder, Power Line Safety, Forklift Safety, Bloodbourne Pathogens, Confine Space and many more topics depending on your job duties and exposures.
