Training and Development

Public Works is committed to providing employees with training; to increasing employee skills; and to supporting employee professional development. Both Public Works and the County offer training and development opportunities, and many employees take advantage of on-the job training, workshops and classes. PW employees also attend outside seminars, conferences and courses. At Public Works, employee training is a continuously evolving work-in-progress.
