EWEB Customer Care

The EWEB Customer Care, or ECC, season begins January 2nd.  ECC waiting lists open the first working day of each month.

IF:

  • You are an EWEB customer and
  • You are the account holder, authorized spouse or legal domestic partner, and
  • You have received energy assistance (LIHEAP or ECC) in the last 12 months,

You can apply online. It's faster and easier and there is no appointment!

If you have not received energy assistance in the last 12 months, you can still place yourself on a waitlist with an agency.

Below are the available ECC agencies, their location, phone number and the time they open their waiting lists.  You will not be able to apply prior to the time the agencies' waiting lists open.  All agencies are accepting a certain number of people to get on the waiting list by electronic submissions and phone calls and walk-ins.  If you apply on-line and receive a message stating "Sorry, but this form is no longer accepting submissions" you should call the agency, in case they are still accepting voice mail submissions to their waiting list.
