EWEB Customer Care

EWEB CUSTOMER CARE (ECC) – Program funded by Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB), EWEB customers, and the City of Eugene.  Qualified EWEB customers may receive one standard ECC payment of $200 per customer household per program year. ECC funds can be applied to a customer account even if the customer has a credit balance or is on the budget billing payment plan.  ECC is a first come/first served program. 

The ECC season begins January 2nd and runs through that calendar year.  Waiting lists open on the first working day of each month. 

  • EWEB customer households must meet income qualifications
  • Applicant must be person whose name is on the EWEB bill or authorized spouse on the account
  • Applicant must live in the household

To apply, complete this application.  Your household will be pre-screened to determine eligibility and the agency that processes your payment.  Depending on this determination, you will either receive a payment receipt by email/mail or be called for an appointment at one of the agencies below.

Agencies providing this program are:

  • Campbell Senior Center (households with a person 60 or older)
  • Catholic Community Services - Eugene & Springfield Centers
  • Lane County Human Services Division Energy Assistance Programs
