EWEB Customer Care

EWEB CUSTOMER CARE, or ECC, is a program funded by Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB), EWEB customers, and the City of Eugene. Qualified EWEB customers may receive one standard ECC payment of $200 per customer household per program year. ECC funds can be applied to a customer account even if the customer has a credit balance or is on the budget billing payment plan. ECC is a first come/first served program.

The ECC season begins the first working day of January (usually January 2nd) and runs through the calendar year. Waiting lists open on the first working day of every month throughout the program year.
