Roadway Signing and Pavement Marking

The Roadway Signing and Pavement Marking unit is located within the Road and Bridge maintenance Division of Public Works.  This office is responsible for the installation and maintenance of Lane County’s traffic signs and roadway pavement markings, such as striping, for all roads within Lane County’s jurisdiction. Lane County's Signing and Striping Shop also contracts with other cities in Lane County and other Lane County departments to provide signing and striping services. All traffic signs are maintained all 12 months of the year; however, pavement marking can only be done during the warm, dry, summer months.
