CURRENT STATUS: The approved Type II decision was appealed in a timely manner on December 18, 2024. Six (6) appeals were received and accepted. A Hearings Official appeal hearing is tentatively scheduled for February 6, 2024. Formal Notice will be mailed out 20 days prior to the hearing.
