Planning Commission

The Lane County Planning Commission holds public hearings and meetings on land use issues.  Generally these hearings discuss specific proposals with potentially greater impact on land use; or involve reviews of the land use regulations and comprehensive plans themselves.

Documents pertaining to the Planning Commission include: Agendas, Approved written minutes, and audio recordings of the meetings. (Starting December 2016, packet materials will be posted here, unless otherwise noted on the Agenda.)

Hearings Official

The Hearings Official holds public hearings on land use permits.  Generally these hearings discuss specific proposals with the developer and receive public input from the notified neighbors and interested citizens.

Documents pertaining to Hearings Official meetings include only Agendas. Please contact staff for copies of packet materials or audio recordings.
