Lane County Department of Health & Human Services is seeking proposals from providers to fund homeless services for domestic violence survivors through one service provider:
- Joint Transitional Housing or Rapid Re-housing Domestic Violence (DV) Project is anticipated to be funded up to $130,000 (CoC) for one-year (grant period to begin July 1, 2025) to serve no less than six (6) households at any given time.
Proposals are due by 12:00 pm on August 15, 2024
