Certain projects will require Land Use Planning approvals and Sanitation approvals prior to being eligible for a building permit.

  • Home owners: use the new ePASS website
  • Contractors:
    • For residential mechanical, electrical and residential plumbing permits use ePermitting 
    • For commercial electrical permits, use ePermitting 
    • For other all other permits, use the new ePASS website

The Land Management Division’s Property Records Online application (LMD-PRO) is a portal for accessing official county property related documents such as building, sanitation and land use permits as well as other property related records and historic information dating back to the 1970s.
