County Clerk


The County Clerk is responsible for Elections, Real Property Recordings, Marriage Licenses, Domestic Partnership Registrations and Board of Property Tax Appeals.

The Lane County Recording Office is now located at the County Clerk's Office (formerly known as the Elections Office) at 275 W 10th Ave, in downtown Eugene.
