04.01.2020.The technical issues at Brookside Clinic have been resolved and the clinic is now open again.

Due to continued computer/phone outage at this location, the Brookside Clinic will remain closed from April 1-3, 2020.

3.18.2020. We are committed to your health and safety. Due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, we are modifying our appointment scheduling to ensure that we reduce exposure to our patients and provide you a safe environment. At this time our primary care clinics and prenatal clinic will remain open and we will continue to schedule specific visits that cannot be delayed and need to be in person. We may be contacting patients to offer telephone visits instead of in person office visits. Some routine visits may be moved to June 1st or later. If you have questions, please call our Customer Service Center at 541-682-3550 which remains open during our regular hours of 8am to 5pm.

 Effective Monday March 16th, 2020, Springfield Schools Health Center will be closed through March 31, 2020.
All persons who have scheduled appointment will be able to keep their appointment at our RiverStone Clinic location, 2073 Olympic Street, Springfield.
In light of the recommendations concerning social distancing and COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending all patient education classes, including the Mindfulness Circle at Delta Oaks Clinic.
No Dental Prevention services will be provided at any location effective 03-17-2020 until the first of April or until new information comes to light.
