Commissioner Faye Stewart presided with Commissioners Jay Bozievich, Rob Handy, Joe Inman, Sid Leiken, Judith Pothier and Pete Sorenson present. County Administrator Liane Richardson, County Counsel Stephen Vorhes and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

3. COMMISSIONERS' RESPONSE TO PUBLIC COMMENTS AND/OR OTHER ISSUES AND REMONSTRANCE
Pothier said she had favorable response from the residents regarding the heat pumps. She commented that with the economy and with residents on a fixed income, this will be able to reduce their utility bills. She said it will be a great improvement. She thought it was great that they as an agency could provide this not only to the senior s and disabled, but to families.
Stewart indicated that this will be able to produce savings from between $150 to $200 per resident per year.
Sorenson asked if they could get that kind of savings in other ways throughout HACSA and County government.
Stewart said they can make that request by HACSA and they can respond at the next meeting.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
a. ORDER 11-3-15-1H/In the Matter of Accepting a Bid and Awarding Contract #11-C-0027 for the Village Oaks Ductless Heat Pumps and Bath Fans.
b. Approval of Minutes:
February 16, 2011, HACSA, 9:00 a.m.
MOTION: to approve the Consent Calendar.
Pothier MOVED, Inman SECONDED.
VOTE: 7-0.
There being no further business, Commissioner Stewart adjourned the meeting at 9:10 a.m.
