Adult Outpatient Services provides treatment for serious and persistent mental health conditions. We are focused on providing high-quality care with an emphasis on recovery. We provide individual and group therapies, case management, and medication management. We are staffed with Master’s degree level clinicians and Licensed Medical Providers.

If this is a psychiatric crisis please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room. If you are inquiring about access to the Adult Services Team, we are prioritizing referrals from the following places:      

1. Oregon State Hospital discharges

2. AMHI (Adult Mental Health Initiative) residential and foster care

3. PeaceHealth Johnson unit direct discharges

4. Psychiatric Security Review Board – End of Jurisdiction
